• 73390.

  This article applies to the municipal court for the County of Kings. The court referred to in this article shall be the successor of the court to be established by the consolidation of the Corcoran, Hanford, and Lemoore Judicial Districts by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Kings, and it shall be known as the Kings County Municipal Court.

• 73396.

  Facilities for the court shall be maintained in the Cities of Hanford, Corcoran, Lemoore, and (if incorporated pursuant to Section 73391.5) Avenal, and in such other locations within the County of Kings as are designated by the board of supervisors. The court shall hold sessions at each facility as business requires. At the direction of the court, arraignment of criminal defendants who are in custody at the Kings County Jail facility shall be held in the court facility located in Hanford.
